The location is marvellous next to the Old Town and the Ostrow Tumski, the Ostrow Tumski and the main square, and the rooms are brand-new. The possibility to use kitchenette 24 hours is a bonus.

I had a wonderful stay at the Homewell Boutique Apartments in the heart of the city. The apartment was clean and beautifully designed, and the neighborhood was perfect for exploring. I especially loved the modern kitchen and the washer with dryer in the hall. The view from the windows was lovely, even though it overlooked the porch rather than the river. I highly recommend this apartment.
While the apartment was great, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the apartment was a bit smaller than I had expected.

The room was huge and had a separate seating area which was perfect for chilling with my friends. The kitchen was top-notch, even though we didn't really use it because there are so many cool restaurants and cafes nearby. The location was great too, just a short walk to the main square where all the action is. We also checked out Malta Ski and Cascader Park, and they were totally worth it!
The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene for young party-goers. It would have been super cool to have some clubs or bars close to the apartments where we could have danced the night away.

I had the whole apartment to myself, which was lovely. The stovetop in the kitchen was a nice touch, even though I didn't use it. The parking was great, especially for my non-existent car.
Just the charming experience of walking into a smoke-filled room and enjoying the delightful smell of a dirty bathroom.

Great location, close to the main square and in a nice residential area. The apartment was ultra modern and well laid out, with a nice kitchenette and a walk-in shower with a rainfall head. The access to the property and the room was easy with security codes on the door. The room felt new and luxurious, with thick carpet in the corridor and good lighting. it was a good value for money and I would consider returning if I visit the city again.
There were some negative aspects to my experience. The apartment was smaller than I expected, which was a bit disappointing.

I keep coming back for my city trips. The staff once helped me retrieve forgotten earphones. The place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, cookware, a flat-screen TV, a lift. No smoking on site.

The location was perfect, in a great neighborhood close to the main square. the security code access was convenient for late check-in, and the room felt new and luxurious. the walk-in shower with rainfall head was a great feature. the kitchenette had everything needed for a short stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the good selection of teabags.
The Wi-Fi didn't reach the part of the room with the desk consistently, so I had to work from the sofa, which wasn't the most comfortable for working. There was also a noticeable lack of enough dishes, and the curtains couldn't be reliably closed.
